This manual is designed for students by one who has had many years of teaching experience and who is well known for his studies correlating electrocardiographic and autopsy findings. It is a practical textbook with many excellent diagrams supplementing a well-written text. No references are given. There is a good index. The usual subject matter in a book of this type is covered. This includes myocardial infarction, conduction defects, disorders of rate and rhythm, and the effect of drugs. The book is to be highly recommended as an introduction to unipolar electrocardiography for the student, undergraduate or graduate.
