M. A. Sections on Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Laryngology, Otology and Rhinology, and Preventive and Industrial Medicine and Public Health, Tuesday, June 11, 1940, Hotel Roosevelt, New York.I. H. Goldberger, M.D., Assistant Director of Health Education, Board of Education, New York City, PresidingDr. Goldberger: The presence here today of about seven hundred teachers is due to the action of the Board of Superintendents, who granted these health specialists a half-day holiday for the purpose of participating in the proceedings of this symposium.
