This handy book should be of special interest to those who are concerned with hygiene and sanitation in tropical areas. However, much of the information can be used in more temperate regions, and for this reason the volume should be useful as a quick reference source. It is not as complete as some of the larger textbooks, but then, presumably, it is not intended to be.
