To the Editor:—
In connection with the series of articles on social security currently running in The Journal, it may be of interest to know that hundreds of physicians in New York state are now covered by social security, as civil service employees. This is due to the new law under which a majority of such employees, medical and lay, voted to join the plan on a payroll deduction procedure.
