Abstract

To the Editor:—  Medical practitioners who are registered in South Africa and who may at present be in the United States should be aware of the fact that applications may now be submitted for the 1959 award of the Eli Lilly Medical Research Fellowship. The fellowship is for the purpose of research and is not for postgraduate clinical study. The net value of the fellowship is $300 a month for 12 months, plus return traveling expenses to the point of study in the United States of America. Further details can be obtained from the undersigned. The closing date for applications is June 30, 1959.
