Personal.—  Brig. Gen. Benjamin A. Strickland, Jr., was named deputy assistant for bioastronautics of the Air Research and Development Command at Andrews Air Force Base, Washington, D. C. Previously, he held the dual assignment of command surgeon of Continental Air Defense Command and Air Defense Command at Colorado Springs, Colo.

Colonel Nuttall Honored.—  Colonel James B. Nuttall, MC, presently in graduate training in public health at John Hopkins University, was awarded the Legion of Merit for his exceptionally valuable services as chief of the Aviation Medicine Division and deputy director of professional services, Office of the Surgeon General.


Personal.—  Colonel Clark B. Williams, former executive officer at Brooke Army Medical Center, is now commanding officer of the U. S. Army Hospital at Fort Campbell, Ky.
