To the Editor:—
There is a statement in the article by Drs. Yaffee and Greenberg in The Journal (175:1009 [March 18] 1961) which is not quite correct. The authors state: "The site of the original 3 lesions was in the lower abdomen in the distribution of L-4 and L-5 dermatomes." Dermatomes are in the lower part of the thigh, foreleg, and foot.
