Jan. 1, 1963, is the deadline for sending abstracts of papers for the sixth International Congress of Gerontology, to be held Aug. 11-16 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The text of papers should be reports of current, original research, evaluation of a demonstration or operating program, or an effort to describe a new research area within the field of aging. Abstracts are not to exceed 250 words, and presentation must not exceed 10 minutes.
Abstracts should be sent in triplicate, double spaced typescript to the chairman of the appropriate section. Chairman of the biological research section is Dr. Nathan W. Sheck, chief of the gerontology branch of the National Institutes of Health, whose address is Baltimore City Hospital, Baltimore 24, Md.
Chairman of the social science and psychological research section is Dr. Wilma Donahue, the University of Michigan, Rackham Building, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Clinical research chairman is Dr. William B. Kountz, director
