Calcified coronary aneurysm associated with marked abdominal aortic calcification and stenosis of the left renal artery occurred in a young Filipino woman. Conventional roentgenograms of the chest adequately demonstrated the coronary artery aneurysm. Takayasu's arteriopathy is suggested as a possible etiologic factor.
