In the ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION, "Intravenous Aminophylline Dosage: Use of Serum Theophylline Measurement for Guidance," published in the May 10 issue (235:2110-2113, 1976), an abbreviation was expanded incorrectly. In the footnotes to tables 1 and 2, on pp 2112 and 2113, respectively, CRT indicates theophylline clearance rate, not concentration rate, as published. In addition, an incorrect middle initial was given for the first author in the by-line. His name is Miles M. Weinberger, MD.
