To the Editor.—
Evidently, you missed a European publication two or three years ago about the Foehn. The author was impressed by the fact that when the Foehn was blowing, there was a sharp increase in the admissions to the mental hospitals in Switzerland. His investigations led him to believe that at those times there was a definite change in the electric potential, from positive to negative or vice versa.
