In the recent article concerning the delayed removal of inhaled objects (JAMA MEDICAL NEWS 235:296 [July 25] 1977), the second to last paragraph states that three of the patients required repeated endoscopy because foreign bodies could not be identified. In fact, only one child required a second endoscopic procedure. The complete report will appear in the October issue of Annals of Otolaryngology.
