To the Editor.—
The thought that always comes to my mind on seeing the expression "skin rash" is "Gee— that's the worst kind." It might not save as many barrels of ink as Paul Bunyan's bookkeeper saved by no longer dotting his i's or crossing his t's, but it does seem as if it would do merely to say "rash."
