In a recent JAMA MEDICAL NEWS article concerning a long term, crossover study of the efficacy of propranolol in the treatment of migraine (1982;247:957, 961), the dosage was stated incorrectly. Patients determined to be propranolol responders received 160 mg of propranolol daily, or 40 mg qid, not 40 mg daily as was stated in the article.
