Bazex's Syndrome: Paraneoplastic Acrokeratosis

Abstract

Paraneoplastic acrokeratosis is a specific sign of cancer of the upper airway and upper digestive tract. The distinctive cutaneous changes include erythematous to plum-colored scaly acral lesions, paronychia, nail dysplasia, and keratoderma.
