Two errors occurred in the ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION "Reye's Syndrome and Medication Use," published in the Aug 13 issue of The Journal (1982;248:687-691). On page 689, the third complete sentence in the first column should have read as follows: "All of the 63 cases in the study period who received aspirin did so before the day of onset of severe vomiting (onset of RS)." Also in that column, in the eighth line from the bottom, 94% [not 96%] of the cases using aspirin received some or all of it in the form of an aspirin tablet.
