This is a unique videodisc containing nearly 2500 different images from over 650 cases largely collected from the Massachusetts General Hospital Bone and Joint Radiology Section teaching file and the skeletal radiology teaching file of the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse.

The images are largely standard radiographs, although a few computed tomographic and magnetic resonance imaging scans are included. The radiology of musculoskeletal disease is covered in several sections including trauma, bone tumors, articular disease, congenital and developmental conditions, inflammatory bone disease, metabolic and endocrinologic bone disease, and post-surgical imaging. Also included is a self-evaluation series of images presented in the style of board examinations and a textbook-videodisc correlation with the author's earlier textbook Skeletal Radiology: The Bare Bones (Aspen Publishers, 1989). This textbook, along with a bar code manual, is included with the videodisc.
