The three most widely accepted methods for treatment of minimally slipped capital femoral epiphysis were compared with respect to efficacy, degree of technical difficulty, and subsequent complications. Findings and conclusions are based upon a series of cases from the orthopedic department of the Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital and cases reported in the literature over the past 20 years.
