—All members of the American Medical Association should pay the annual membership fee of five dollars to the Treasurer of the Association, R. J. Dunglison, M.D., P. O. Box 2386, Philadelphia, Pa.," the same as heretofore; and all who do so will receive the Journal of the Association without further trouble on their part. Those who wish to subscribe for the Journal of the Association, and are not members, can send the five dollars, with their post-office address, directly to the "Journal of the American Medical Association, 65 Randolph street, Chicago, Ill." These rules apply equally to all those who have heretofore signed pledges of support and returned the same to the president of the Board of Trustees.
