—In the Clinical Investigation titled"Fatty Acid Ethyl Esters in the Blood as Markers for Ethanol Intake," published in the October 9,1996, issue of The Journal (1996;276:1152-1156), an error occurred in one of the figures. In Figure 1 on page 1154, the labels are missing for the total serum fatty acid ethyl (FAEE) concentration (y-axis) for subjects 2,3,5, and 6. For subject 2, the values should range from 0 to 2500 nmol/L; for subject 3, from 0 to 2000 nmol/L; for subject 5, from 0 to 1250 nmol/L; and for subject 6, from 0 to 2500 nmol/L.
