We have given a large amount of space in the the present number of the Journal to the record of proceedings of the recent meeting of the Medical Association in New Orleans, as furnished by the Permanent Secretary.
We have thought it best to publish the whole in one number of the Journal because it would be much more convenient for reference; and we have further added to its value and convenience for this purpose, by giving the postoffice address of the officers of the Association, and of each of the Sections, instead of simply giving the states in which they belong, as furnished by the Secretary. For the same purpose, we have also added the postoffice address of each of the members of the committee appointed to act with the original Committee on the Organization of the International Medical Congress of 1887—except the member from Dakota, whose residence
