Cholera in Sicily.

—A cablegram of July 12, says that cholera, which is broken out in Sicily, is increasing. There have been 200 cases at Catania, with 140 deaths. The Neapolitans are alarmed on account of the arrival in their city of numbers of fugitives from Sicily.
