W. H. Lovejoy, M.D., No. 900 Twelfth St., Washington, D. C., to be found in The Journal of July 23, p. 126, and of August 13, pp. 223-4, that they make no mistake by not complying with the terms for securing return tickets at one-third the ordinary rates.
