—Drs. L. Webster Fox and G. M. Gould have recently made a very timely and sensible plea for a law restraining peddlers, jewellers and opticians from prescribing glasses. They cite many cases of injury, often permanent, to eyes from errors due to ignorance, and claim that such "opticians" should be as much under legal restraint as druggists.
