—The Allegheny County Medical Society, of Pennsylvania, has unanimously voted an appropriation of one hundred dollars towards the expenses of the International Medical Congress. There are many more County and local Medical Societies, embracing a large membership, that could do the same with great propriety, and with out incurring the slightest financial embarrassment.
