—Ground was broken November 5 at Safford for the Arizona Sanatorium, which is to cost about $125,000.—The new administration building of the Arizona State Insane Hospital, Phoenix, a two-story and basement building of concrete and brick construction, fire-proof and offering accommodation for the executive officers and living quarters for the superintendent, has been turned over to the state.
