—Dr. Smith, the medical attendant of the Tracadie Leper Hospital, New Brunswick, having been commissioned by the Canadian Agricultural Department to make inquiry concerning suspected cases of leprosy reported in Nova Scotia, fully confirms the diagnosis. It is also reported that there are a considerable number of other cases believed to exist in the northern part of the province.—Brit. Med. Journal.
