A number of new subjects, among the most important of which is that of occupational dermatoses, have been added to this standard work. It has been revised by the elimination of some old cuts and the addition of many new ones, the deletion of obsolete matter, and the correction of the text wherever necessary to bring its statements into accord with recent observations. It is, therefore, as in past editions, a dependable work on diseases of the skin, to which the practitioner may refer with the assurance that he is being correctly informed and well guided in this branch of his practice.
