—The boards of control of the state charitable institutions, on September 23, elected Dr. William T. McCurry, Little Rock, oculist for the Arkansas Deaf Institute and the Arkansas School for the Blind, Little Rock; Dr. Luther D. Reagan, physician for the School for the Blind, and Dr. Sherman B. Hickman, physician for the Deaf Mutes Institute.
