To the Editor:  The Chicago Civil Service Commission will hold an examination for the position of medical inspector of the City Health Department (salary $75), September 3, at 2 P.M., in the Council Chamber. Applications must be filed at the offices of the Civil Service Commission on or before September 1. Candidates must present evidence of recognition by the State Board of Health of Illinois to practice medicine in this State before application will be received.Examining Board: Drs. Wm.
