This pamphlet contains a number of papers and discussions thereon by experts in the production, handling and examination of milk; they are practical and illuminating and cover all phases, including production, inspection, bacteriology, tuberculin testing of cows, as well as their physical examination; pasteurization, transportation, distribution, cost of production and distribution, besides a number of other considerations entering into the important question of milk-supply, general health conditions as related to milk, infant mortality, etc. It is a valuable source of information on the milk question.
