This little booklet gives valuable instruction in caring for and resuscitating individuals overcome by gas. The methods of performing artificial respiration, etc., are shown by means of excellent illustrations. While primarily intended for the laity, it should be a valuable addition to the physician's library. For a gas company to issue such a book is distinctly to be commended, being in line with the discussion quoted in The Journal July 15, 1905, page 211.
