I quote this letter from Dr. Balmer of Pennsylvania: "I have treated a number of cases of typhoid fever this summer, by your method, with remarkable success and will endeavor to copy the temperature charts and send them to you soon. I presented these cases and the method of treatment before our (the Jefferson County (Pa.) Medical Society, at the last meeting and I had introduced it previously orally in the society and to individual members. Dr. S. M. Free of DuBois, Pa., one of our members, is very enthusiastic, also Dr. J. J. Brewer of Clarington, Pa., who treated a number of patients by the method, at my suggestion."
