Mulford's 5 c.c. antitoxin syringe is especially designed to inject concentrated antitoxin. The syringe case is solid metal, nickel plated, provided with a movable rack, thus permitting of thorough sterilization. The plunger is expanded by a new and highly improved method. By simply turning the piston head to the right the packing is easily adjusted at any point in the barrel.
