DUNNING, M.D.INDIANAPOLIS.Before beginning my address, I desire to thank the members of the Section and to express to them my high appreciation of the honor they have conferred on me in electing me chairman of the Section for the year. Mindful of the obligations resting on the chairman of this Section, I have used my best endeavor to advance the interest of the Section, and to assist in the preparation for this session of a program worthy of the occasion.If we have succeeded in this endeavor, a large share of the credit must be accorded to our secretary, Dr. C. L. Bonifield.
