In addition to a list of the members of the Association and its officers this volume contains the Constitution and By-Laws of the organization. The minutes of the Annual Meeting are given in full, followed by the President's Address, delivered by Dr. Hunter McGuire, of Richmond, Va., who concluded his able paper with these words: "As members of our beloved profession, let us strive to be first in scientific attainments, first in integrity, first in high purpose for the good of mankind." Twenty-eight papers representing the writings of as many representative medical men are included in the volume. The mechanical execution is exceptionally fine, and this annual volume is a credit to the Association.
