—The patient before you, Mrs. J. F., æt. 37, is suffering from an abdominal tumor which has been present a number of years, all the time gradually, and of late, rapidly increasing in size, until it has reached the large growth which you see fills the entire abdomen now that it is displayed to view. It is a source of serious trouble and annoyance to her and the burden of it is surely undermining her general health.She has faithfully, during the last five years, tried various remedies and treatments, but they have proved of no avail; so under our advice, she has come to obtain relief by the removal of the mass.Quite a variety
