To the Editor:  —My vote is for The Journal of the A. M. A. to remain in Chicago, for the simple reason, that said city is near the centre of this " Great Republic." Any of the large Western cities would be preferable to the city of Washington, D. C. " Westward the star of empire rolls."321 N. Jackson St., Belleville, Ill., January 9, 1891.
