Shall The Journal be Removed to Washington?

To the Editor  I am of the opinion that there is no good reason for moving The Journal office. I think Chicago is the most suitable place for it. I vote for it to remain in Chicago, for that to be its permanent home.Caldwell, Texas, Jan. 30, 1891.
