Elkins, W. Va., July 14, 1902.
To the Editor:
—In enumerating in your last two issues the states which have adopted constitutions and by-laws patterned after those proposed by the American Medical Association you have omitted to include among them the State of West Virginia. Fraternally yours,
—In The Journal of June 14, 1902, page 1590, we credited West Virginia with adopting "by unanimous vote" a constitution and by-laws "in entire conformity" with the plan of the American Medical Association, and we regret to have omitted the state in the editorials to which Dr. Golden refers. West Virginia is in line.
