Railroad Rates.  — The Western Passenger Association has granted a rate to Denver and return of one half fare, plus two dollars, thirty day limit, for business from Chicago, St. Louis and intermediate points. Tickets on sale June 2, 4 and 5, east of the Missouri River; June 5 and 6, west of the Missouri River. Application for similar rates has now been made to all other Passenger Associations and railroads not controlled by them. Announcement giving rates and rules governing the sale of tickets will be published in the Journal of the Association as soon as decision is made. The rate named is as low as accorded any convention this year. A round trip rate of $20 from Salt Lake and Ogden, thirty day limit, is also announced. Committee of Arrangements.
