Abstract

The Royal College of Surgeons of England, will celebrate a jubilee of the Fellowship on July 5, of this year, by means of a special conversation meeting. And as this is the centenary of John Hunter's death it has been arranged to commemorate the labors of brightest intellect by an exhibition of artistic and literary objects connected with him and his period, such as pictures, books, manuscripts, furniture and instruments. These will be in addition to the relics already in the possession of the College. Many possessors of Hunterian relics have offered their property for the exhibition.
