New York City, Nov. 30, 1901.
To the Editor:
—I noticed, in the last number of The Journal, a communication stating that the Medical Society of the County of New York has expressed a desire to effect a union of the Medical Society of the State of New York with the New York State Medical Association.I believe that nothing will give greater pleasure to the members of the New York State Medical Association than to give the heartiest help in furthering the union of the whole profession in the State of New York. Yours sincerely,
