—I have thought the following case of sufficient interest to report. My friend, Dr. R. J. Phillips of this city, attended a woman in her second confinement yesterday. There was a twin birth (boys), both children well delevoped except that each one had a harelip and one has five fingers on one hand and only partial development of the thumb.Yours, etc.,
