Abstract

In the Multiple Discipline Research Forum Communication titled "Distribution of Serum Amylase in Man and Animals: Electrophoretic and Chromatographic Studies," by Berk, Searcy, Hayashi, and Ujihira (JAMA192: 389-393 [May 3] 1965) the data given in Table 2 for the electrophoretic distribution of amylase are actual values, not "percent of total." Also the values for amylase activity indicated in Figures 1, 2, and 4 are for the eluates and are uncorrected for dilution during extraction.
