Newly Identified Cluster of Diseases: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Peptic Ulcer, and Tuberculosis

Abstract

In a study of 244 employed men, it has been found that rheumatoid arthritis is significantly associated with tuberculosis and peptic ulcer. These diseases are negatively associated with the coronary hypertension-obesity cluster.
