In the clinical note titled "Catheter-Induced Hemorrhagic Pseudopolyps of the Urinary Bladder," published Sept 13 (193:968-969), acknowledgment was erroneously given to the C. B. Kendall Co., Inc., of Indianapolis. The correction acknowledgment note should read as follows:
