To the Editor:—  In view of The Journal's interest in pseudo-pseudohypoparathyroidism (193:1118, 1965) I would like to report the first case of pseudo-pseudo-pseudohypoparathyroidism.Roentgenograms of my left hand show moderate shortening of the fourth metacarpal. Upon further investigation it is apparent that this shortening is not congenital but an acquired lesion, the result of a skiing accident. It only mimics pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism, obviously being a pseudo-pseudo-pseudo.
