Proposed "Uniform Nonadmitted Insurance Act." —
Resolution 14 was introduced into the House of Delegates at its Washington, D.C., session (November, 1960) at a time when it was believed that the National Association of Insurance Commissioners was in the process of developing a uniform law which would ultimately be introduced into the respective state legislatures. The House of Delegates referred the resolution to the Board of Trustees for such disposition as may be indicated.The Board referred the resolution to the Council on Medical Service for detailed study and recommendations.
