Unreported Financial Disclosures: In the Original Contribution entitled “Women's Susceptibility to Tobacco Carcinogens and Survival After Diagnosis of Lung Cancer” published in the July 12, 2006, issue of JAMA (2006;296[2]:180-184) and in the Letter entitled “Computed Tomography Screening for Lung Cancer” published in the August 1, 2007, issue of JAMA (2007;298[5]:514-515), financial disclosures were not reported.
